About Me

Hi! My name is Karolina Kania. I’m a multilingual Design Anthropologist, with a unique perspective on understanding the human experience.

My linguistic versatility and intercultural experiences enable me to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures and to immerse myself in their worlds, cultures, and contexts.

As a passionate advocate for user-centered design, I am connecting the worlds of Academia, Business, and the third sector organizations.

With over a decade of research experience, I’m dedicated to helping organizations succeed by crafting research processes, understanding human behavior, and designing thoughtful user experiences.
